Arrive FacePoint® 2452 EMP is  a noiseless collaboration processor all-in-one appliance with enhanced Microsoft Lync 2013 client management capability. The AFP 2452  provides 4 x Serial Control Ports (with 2 supporting RS-232 and 2 supporting RS-485 ) and Cloud Integration (VDI ready) provided  in an ultra-slim, fanless, totally silent architecture. It also supports AirPlay-capable wireless BYOD and wired BYOD, with optional HDMI to USB dongle.

The AFP 2452 EMP comes pre-embedded with the Edgeless Media FacePoint Edition Software Application. Note : For Arrive FacePoint processors, the Arrive® OnePoint EM Server software  is required for Scheduling, Room Automation, MS Lync 2013 client and central management, and Arrive Control Point touch console or software for control user interface.

• The primary function of the AFP 2452 EMP is to work as a full HD multi-party capable video conferencing codec using the powerful collaboration features of Microsoft Lync® 2013 and Lync® On-Line. This EMP supports both single and dual screen video conferencing scenarios as a single appliance.
• Based on its virtual application delivery via OnePoint, the AFP 2452 EMP is unique, since it can support multi-platform video collaboration using well known software platforms such as Polycom Realpresence, Cisco Webex, Cisco Jabber, Go-to-Meeting, Skype, Google Hangouts, Blue Jeans and Zoom. Legacy H.323 video conferencing is also possible using third party H.323 desktop clients such as Polycom RP Desktop software, etc.
• With its virtual desktop function, the AFP 2452 EMP can perform the functions of an in-room PC, and can run user selected and centrally published software applications including the Microsoft Office productivity suite.
• The AFP 2452 EMP also functions as a full-fledged AV control processor. With an integrated RS-232/LAN and RS-422/485 control ports, the AFP 2452 EMP provides dedicated support for VISCA cameras, plus other serially connected AV devices and in-room automation requirements. The Arrive EMServer and EMControl applications provide high end device and graphic control UIs with Arrive’s next generation cloud based control.
• The AFP 2452 EMP has a unique construction with a 0.8” height profile ideally suited for mounting behind displays or on walls. Its fanless and ultra slim design deliver ambient-noise free collaboration environments.
• Optional WiFi capability can be provided on the AFP 2452 EMP.
• Functions as the wireless BYOD gateway to Apple® AirPlay compatible iOS devices such as iPads and iPhones; connecting seamlessly without any requirement for client software downloads. Can support Miracast WiFi direct screen mirroring provided a compatible wireless Miracast capable USB dongle is used.
• Functions as the wired BYOD capture device using external HDMI-USB capture (optional) for expanded multi-format AV connectivity using Arrive’s compatible front end switchers and cable management systems.Functions as a Cloud Content Delivery platform by providing access to user selected storage locations such as OneDrive, Drop Box, and shared drives
