Huddly
Huddly Crew is an AI-directed multi-camera system that brings a “live production” style video experience to medium and large meeting rooms. Multiple cameras capture the room from different angles, while the built-in directing logic automatically switches between shots in real time, so remote participants always get the best view of what is happening in the room.
In larger spaces, one front-of-room camera usually means some people look too small, some are out of frame, and the meeting loses energy. Huddly Crew is designed for rooms where everyone must be seen clearly, even when participants are spread across a long table or the layout is not perfectly symmetrical. It also scales for flexible spaces where seating changes.

Speaker Mode
Best for formal meetings, presentations, and structured discussions. The system stays focused on the active speaker and adapts quickly as speakers change.
Collaboration Mode
Best for interactive discussions and workshops. The system alternates intelligently between the speaker and the listeners, creating a more natural and engaging flow.

Huddly Crew is typically positioned for:
Medium rooms: up to approximately 6.1 m x 4.8 m
Large rooms: up to approximately 9.8 m x 5.5 m
Flexible spaces: up to approximately 6.1 m x 5.5 m
Typical example setups:
Medium room (around 8 seats): 3-camera system
Large room (around 16–20 seats): expanded system with additional cameras for full coverage
Flexible space: supports non-permanent placement options depending on the room layout
Crew is built for straightforward deployment and clean cabling:
Cameras connect over CAT6 with PoE to a switch.
The switch connects to the room system or a Windows PC via a USB adapter.
Cabling can be extended up to 100 m, which is useful for larger rooms and tidy routing.
A standard Crew package is built around multiple cameras (commonly a 3-camera kit as a baseline) with mounting hardware and the required connectivity accessories (switch, USB adapter, cables, and power components). For larger rooms, you can expand the system with additional cameras to improve angles and coverage.
Instead of a static wide shot, Crew uses multiple perspectives and AI-driven switching to keep the meeting visually clear and engaging. The goal is simple: remote attendees can follow the conversation naturally, see who is speaking, and stay connected to the room dynamics without manual camera control.
Huddly Crew is used in modern meeting room environments and is suitable for common collaboration platforms, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet. It can be deployed in room systems and workflows where a consistent, high-quality video experience is required for hybrid meetings.
